Como announced on their official website on Friday that Cruzeiro's Brazil international left-back, Kaiki, has joined the club on-loan.

According to the official statement from the Serie A dark horse, Kaiki will play for the club on-loan until the end of the new season, with a mandatory buy-out clause included in the loan agreement.

After completing his transfer procedures, Kaiki, who was interviewed by the Como official for the first time, said: "I'm very happy to be here, in this wonderful city, and to join this great club; I can't wait to get started."

About Kaiki

The 23-year-old Kaiki was born on March 8, 2003, in Betim, Belo Horizonte, Brazil. He is 1.72 meters tall and plays as a left-back.

Kaiki joined Cruzeiro's youth academy at a young age and completed his Cruzeiro first-team debut by coming on as a substitute in a Copa do Brasil match in June 2021.

During his five-year spell at Cruzeiro, Kaiki made 129 appearances for the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A club in all competitions, scoring 2 goals and providing 10 assists,. During which he helped the team win one Campeonato Mineiro title and one Serie B title.
