Doria's skin has the highest usage rate in the Chinese server, reaching the top tier of limited-edition skins. Even the Phantom Mermaid skin is inferior to the Heroic Epic skin.

Doria has 5 skins. Having this many after several years of release indicates that she is quite popular. Leaving aside the two Brave skins, what are the pros and cons of the remaining three Advanced skins? How often are they used? Are they cheap items to please the general public, or battle outfits for Chinese players?
Mermaid
The Mermaid skin was unfortunately replaced. It was the first high-quality skin available, but there weren't many options at the time. Time has made users more discerning, and when the Hero skin was released later, I redeemed it without hesitation. The disadvantages were obvious, no wonder the Chinese server didn't like it. The long, delicate hair, paired with flower and gold ornaments, exuded an ethereal aura, a gentle haven for players. The mermaid had two forms. When standing on land, she wore a pink and purple dress. After entering the water, the rest of her clothing features were retained, and she switched to a mermaid with a fishtail. Water was her playground, so it couldn't be without any special effects. If you look closely, you can see subtle starlight trails. Just describing it doesn't give a strong feeling. It was just an ordinary epic skin. With the aesthetics of the time, it wasn't anything special. I bought it because I wanted to upgrade it, not entirely because it was inferior. In fact, the special effects were acceptable.
Epic rank is lower than Heroic rank; I bought it in the Chinese server but left it aside.
The in-game effects are impressive: the first skill splashes purple water waves carrying small fish, the second skill generates water circles that cause fish to leap outwards, and the ultimate skill refreshes the skill. However, the gameplay itself lacks any distinct elements. The skin, named "Phantom Pearl Mermaid," features effects entirely based on clouds and flying fish, which Chinese players may not appreciate. Pearls and seashells are nowhere to be seen. If you prefer deep-sea blue tones, the "Phantom Sea Seeker" skin will immediately catch your eye. At 49 yuan, it offers great value, with many considering it comparable to a legendary skin. Don't underestimate this "brave" skin; its quality is rapidly catching up to the older version. According to usage data released by the King of Glory app, "Phantom Sea Seeker" surpasses "Phantom Pearl Mermaid." This proves that high-end products often come at a high price without guaranteeing quality.
The initial intention was to upgrade, but the result was disappointing. The gameplay experience is very important. The brave win, and the epic's positioning is unclear. If you really want to buy a good product, the remaining two legendary ones are the ones to consider for the Chinese server.
