Luis Rioja: We will always give our all to deliver the best performance for the fans and the club.

Following Valencia's 3-0 victory over Eldense in a preseason friendly, winger Luis Rioja spoke to the media. He discussed the team's recent form, the adaptation of new signings, and his expectations for the upcoming season.  

Luis Rioja said: "Returning to European competition is the common goal of the entire club and a common aspiration for everyone. The management, players, and our fans all look forward to Valencia's return to European competition. We will always do our utmost to present our best to the fans and this club with its long tradition. In the new season, we hope to achieve even better results than in the past, and once we achieve this goal, the future heights the team can reach will be even more promising."  

"The importance of preseason games goes beyond just the final result. Of course, wins and losses are still part of our focus, but for the veteran players, it's even more important to help the new players adapt to the environment as quickly as possible. We've already seen their performance in training and games, and we hope they can gradually find a sense of belonging and truly become part of the team."  

"In addition, we also hope to find something to be proud of in each game. The team is currently showing good overall form, and our physical preparation is gradually improving. The upcoming warm-up matches will continue to help us adjust our rhythm and allow the team to be in better condition for the official match before the opening game of the new season."
