From being cut to becoming a starting rotation player, Jampagne helped the Spurs contend for the championship.

June 7th - According to NBA reports, three years ago, when Julian Champagne was waived by the Philadelphia 76ers, he doubted whether his NBA dream had come to an end. However, he has not only established himself in the league but has also become a key member of the San Antonio Spurs' championship aspirations.

In this season's playoffs, 24- year-old Champagne averaged 11.4 points and 5.9 rebounds per game, with a 40.2% three-point shooting percentage . In Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals, he scored 20 points, including 18 points on 6-of-10 shooting from three-point range, helping the Spurs eliminate the Thunder and advance to the NBA Finals. In Game 1 of the Finals, he again hit 16 points on 5- of -10 shooting from three-point range .

After joining the Spurs, I told myself that whatever the team needs, I will do my best to fulfill it, said Jampagne. This place has given me opportunities and allowed me to find my place.

Spurs head coach Mitch Johnson also praised him, saying, "Whether he makes or misses a shot, he can influence the game through movement and spacing. His role in defense, rebounding, and the team system is often overlooked, but it is crucial to the team."

This season, Champagne hit 195 three-pointers, breaking the Spurs' franchise record for three-pointers in a single season. He also set a franchise record by hitting 11 three-pointers in a single game against the Knicks .
